There was a lot of discussion that Samsung is working on successor of F41, which is going to be launched soon. Recently leaked details have clarified a lot about the phone like the key features, design and specifications.
The Galaxy F41 is a budget smartphone, focused on the camera and battery department. even upcoming F-series phone will also be a mid-range device with a focus on camera department and will likely be called the Galaxy F42. However, the details of the upcoming smartphone Samsung Galaxy F42 have not been released by the company. This phone can be given up to 8GB of RAM, an octa-core Qualcomm snapdragon 732g Chipset. The Galaxy F42 smartphone can be launched with One UI 3.0 based on Android 11 version.

From what we can see, it will come with either a punch-hole or water-drop notch design at the top for a selfie camera. At the back, a rectangular camera house features a triple camera configuration that looks similar to this year’s Samsung lineup. while, talk about upgrade or changes in design, Samsung can be removing fingerprint scanner at the back, this time the in-display fingerprint sensor can be given in the phone
This confirms previous snapdragon 732g SoC speculation and also shows that the phone will featured a 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM options, paired with 64GB and 128GB on-board storage, The F42 will comes with a FHD+ AMOLED display of 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution, and 6.6 inch size is expected.
The Galaxy F42 will sport a triple camera module headlined by a 64-MP main camera sensor, while other two may be a 32MP ultra-wide and 5MP depth sensor. according to a recent report, it will boast a 40MP selfie shooter camera on the front.

Some other important specs that will appear in the Samsung F42. These include a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual speakers, USB Type-C port and a microphone. the Galaxy F42 phone will debut at the earlier March 2021. It’s expected to price is around Rs 17,000-20,000 in India, which will be priced at $220-$270 for global variant.
