The south korea tech giant recently unveiled this S22 series on 9 February 2022, where the top-end model Galaxy S22 ultra and standard model S22 were also launched along with Galaxy S22 Plus. now Galaxy S22+ is priced at similar to S21+ and available starting price of $999 in the US. The phones have a identical design to their predecessors but offer upgraded cameras, powerful 4 nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, and comes with Phantom Black, white, green colour options.

The Samsung Galaxy S22+ has a triple camera setup including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens and an another 12MP ultra-wide lens, Along with this, a 10-megapixel selfie camera has been given on the front. The phone’s carrier camera has been given the capability of recording slow motion video at 960 frames per second and 8K video recording at 24 frames per second.

It is powered by 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset for global variant. for Europe and India, phone featured Exynos 2210 processor with all new AMD’s Xclipse 920 GPU. Galaxy S22 Plus equipped a 6.6 inch AMOLED display with support of FullHD+ (1080 x 2340) resolution. The 120Hz refresh rate has been adjusted in the display as well as the protection of Gorilla Glass is also available.

Samsung S22+ comes with two storage configuration of on-board memory and one RAM options- 128GB, 256GB and 8GB. This device is not allowing SD-card slot for memory expansion. Smartphone runs on Android 12 with OneUI 4.1 skin on the top, upgradable to Android 13 with OneUI 5, coming to battery department, S22+ is fueled by 4500mAh non-removable battery support of 45W fast wire charging, 15W wireless charging. Similar to its Ultra model, reverse wireless charging is also available here.

coming to connectivity areas, galaxy S22 plus supports 5G, VoLTE 4G, 3G, 2G networks. Samsung device also sports NFC, bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, dual-band, hotspot. In addition, it has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, Samsung KNOX, Like other S22 series, 3.5mm jack headphone jack present.

This Samsung S22+ has available in these colour – Phantom Black, white, Pink Gold, green, Graphite, Sky Blue, Violet, cream. it is starting at $999 in US. While S22+ phone is priced at £950.00 in UK. For India, Galaxy S22+ is priced at Rs 84,999 for the 8GB/128GB model, While the 8GB/256GB variant is priced at Rs 88,999.
